The Board of Directors of Barabara Sacco Society Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Edwin Sitati as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Sacco with effect from 2^nd March, 2026.

Mr. Sitati brings to the Sacco over 11 years of distinguished experience in cooperative management, financial services, strategic leadership, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership, innovation, and a commitment to delivering sustainable growth and member value.

The Board expresses full confidence in his capacity to steer the Sacco towards enhanced financial performance, improved service delivery, digital transformation, and strengthened member engagement.
